Blue Coat Rolls Out Content Filtering Bundles for SME Market with Websense and Secure Computing
Packaged Solution Lets Resellers Simplify Deployment of Web Content Filtering for Small and Medium Businesses
HANNOVER, Germany, CeBIT - Blue Coat Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BCSI) today introduced a new set of Web content filtering appliance bundles aimed at small-to-medium size enterprises (SMEs). The new appliance bundles provide value added resellers (VARs) with a single-source, "drop-in" platform for managing Web content in smaller organizations.
Blue Coat's new content filtering bundles come packaged with either Secure Computing's highly accurate SmartFilter® URL filtering database and Cyfin® Reporter (Nasdaq: SCUR), or the award-winning Websense Master Database and Websense Reporter (Nasdaq: WBSN). The products are packaged in 50, 100 and 250-user bundles and operate utilizing Blue Coat's SG400 platform, which is optimized to perform in this environment. Each complete package is supported by Blue Coat Systems' Gold-level customer support, and set up and configuration can typically be done in less than one hour.
